Prof Dr Haim Hilman Abdullah has been appointed as the Universiti Utara Malaysia vice-chancellor. Haim Hilman, 49, holds a bachelor degree and masters degree in business administration from University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom.
He completed his PhD in strategic management from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2010.
